1. When my items will be sent?
Products in Stock are available from our Hongkong, Shenzhen, Beijing warehouses and factories.

After receiving your payment, your order will be arranged immediately.
2. What is your standard delivery?
Usually, we will deliver your items by airmail via Hongkong post. The freight is depended on the total weight. Tracking number will be given once items have been sent to Hongkong. Tracking number will be valid on Hongkong post website after 24hours. Hongkong post website: http://www.hongkongpost.com/
3. Is it possible for me to track more information about my parcel once it departure from Hongkong?
Online tracking information on the delivery status of registered mail/parcels sent overseas is available for selective destinations. You can connect to the mail tracking website of the destinations below directly. Please click: http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong. .
4. I need my items very urgent ! Could you provide a fast deliver?
Yes, EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT is also available for customers. All parcels will be sent to HK DHL/UPS. Freight needs to be calculated according to the weight or dimensional weight. Please send freight inquiry to: sales@igbt-china.com Inquiry email need to include customer name, item name, item qty for convenient.
5. Why my tracking number of DHL/ UPS is invalid on DHL/UPS website once I have received it?
We send all parcels to Hongkong DHL/UPS instead of local DHL/UPS. So the tracking number will be valid on DHL/UPS website 48hours later.
6. Why my UPS tracking number keep invalid on UPS website?
Most of UPS tracking numbers are reference information. You need to track your parcel on UPS track by references: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/reference?loc=en_CN&WT.svl=SubNav

No Goods may be returned other than with prior agreement in writing of the Company. Any goods returned as "unwanted" or "incorrectly ordered" may at the discretion of the company be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods. All goods are returned at the customer's risk and expense and should be undamaged by the customer and in their original packaging.
